Well thats my final submission to this contest, its a simple facelift to the current avatar gallery icon.

This is 100% pixelmade.

Why an eye? Cause you're avatar is the first thing people notice. I kept this concept cause it represent well the fact that an avatar is basicly not something to represent you as some whould think. An avatar is made to attract attention to your page. Someone with a beautiful avatar will attract the eye of people who look for beautiful stuff, someone with a funny avatar will attract peoples who feel like laughing. that is exacly why someone with a anime avatar will attract peoples who like anime.
That said, I feel that the Eye represent the avatar gallery icon perfectly. and we all know that we would not have this contest if the current icon would not be plain ugly. Lets hope you all agree with me to say that mine is way better and more refined, with an attractive look to it.
